Hardwood Flooring Installation

 

We have extensive experience in all types and systems of flooring installation.  From unfinished and pre-finished nail down strip flooring, plank  and parquet to pre-finished glue down products, our 40 plus years of job site installations gives us a distinct advantage when dealing with challenging installations.  We flatten every subfloor to industry specifications to ensure a successful installation as well as maintaining the manufacturer requirements for Warranties.  We perform moisture evaluations and use the proper sealants if necessary for each installations.

Hardwood Refinishing

 

We have been refinishing hardwood flooring since 1980.  We use the latest sanding equipment that features vacuum dust recovery keeping the job site dust to a minimum.  We can perform any needed  repairs to the flooring (replacement of boards) prior to sanding and we can custom blend stains if desired to achieve a unique appearance for your floor.  We use the best finishes available. Whether you desire a traditional oil modified polyurethane, a clear European waterborne poly or a hard oil finish, we will provide and use the products that we know will withstand the wear and tear every floor experiences.

Maintenance 

 

We offer a Power Scrub, screen and re—coat service in which we deep clean with a strong chemical cleaner that breaks down any contaminants on the surface, then screen (light abrasion) and apply a coat of the appropriate finish to the surface which seals the cleaned floor and adds more protection to the wear surface.

Repairs

 

We are able to do board replacement of boards damaged by water, termites or unknown agents both over concrete and wood subfloors

Vinyl Plank Installation

 

We offer vinyl plank installation as well as subfloor prep for vinyl plank.
